My site allow user to list their property for sale and listing is increasing albeit very slowly, practically, can I stop doing link exchange when my content submitted by users is a lot.

Hi,

If I understand you properly, you want to limit the number of new links on your resource pages? Well one option is to disable the form and tell people that you are not entering into any new exchanges at this time.

Another is to start a new resources page.... With so many links, you would probably need software to manage your reciprocal link program though.

SEO is not something that you can ever finish. You competition will always be improving so you must do the same.

Think of it like excersise. When you start it's going to suck. There's a lot of work to do and you won't see any results for a while. Then, slowly you start to notice a change even though it may not be delivering any results yet. Eventually the results become obvious to everyone. Unfortunately, if you stop, all of the results will go away.
