1- Do the links from a site's interior pages pointing back to the home page with a "home" link count just like the links pointing to a site from other sites...I know interior page "home" links show in the backlinks but are they weighed less heavily since they are from the same domain name?

2- Also, links on addresses like domain.com/links pointing to my site have not been showing up in my backlinks. I read google is doing this intentionally, are these links still counting even though they are not in my site's backlinks check?
